On your Internet browser, type the name of a website that has a lyrics database. Some popular websites with lyric databases are songlyrics.com, elyrics.com and lyrics.com. Each of these sites has hundreds of thousands of songs available to search. (See Resources.)
Choose the correct filter. Some sites have filters to search by artist name, song name or album name. If you want to search for all the lyrics by a certain artist, set the filter to artist name. If you want to find a specific song, set it to song name. If you want to find all the lyrics from a certain album, set the filter to album name.
Type the name of the song, artist or album you are trying to find lyrics for into the search browser at the top of the site and press "Enter." This will load a page that has the search results you can choose from.
