Roberto "Bobby" Gaudencio Cruz Fernández y de Castro (20 April 1927–26 October 2009), known as Pops Fernandez or simply Pops, was a Filipino singer, actor, businessman and politician. He is considered one of the country's most popular vocalists, having been dubbed the "King of Philippine Music" by the Aliw Awards Foundation in 1979 and the "King of Filipino Swing" by the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

Fernandez had a distinctive voice characterized by its deep, raspy and soulful timbre, which gave him the ability to effortlessly transition between singing romantic ballads, swing, jazz and boleros. He recorded over 30 albums, including such hits as "Never Ever Say Goodbye", "No Touch", and "Pers Lab" (Paruparo).
