Michael Jackson's first public performance was on August 18, 1969, when he was eight years old. He sang a cover of "Who's Lovin' You" by The Jackson 5, a group he formed with his brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon. The song was featured on their debut album, "Diana Ross Presents The Jackson 5", which was released in December of the same year. "Who's Lovin' You" became the group's first hit single, reaching number 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in October 1970.
