* Be between 7 and 14 years old as of the first day of auditions.
* Be a legal resident of the United States or its territories.
* Not be under contract with any other record company or music publisher.
* Not have previously been a contestant on any other national television singing competition.
If you meet these eligibility requirements, you can apply to The Voice Kids by submitting an online application. The application will ask for your personal information, contact information, and a video of you singing.
Once you have submitted your application, you may be contacted by The Voice Kids production team for a live audition. If you are selected for a live audition, you will be required to sing in front of a panel of judges. The judges will then decide whether or not to move you on to the next round of the competition.
If you are selected to advance to the next round of the competition, you will compete against other talented singers in a series of live shows. The winner of The Voice Kids will receive a recording contract with Universal Music Group and a cash prize.
