Despite having multiple hit singles and successful albums, he is best known for his signature hit single, "The Gigolo", which was released in 1987. Other well-known hits from O'Bryan include "Lovelite" (1990) and "Doin' Just Fine" (1988).

While O'Bryan is no longer active in the music industry, he is still alive and well. He is currently living in Atlanta, Georgia, and occasionally makes public appearances.
