Where did lady gaga start singing?

Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, known professionally as Lady Gaga, started singing at an early age. She took piano lessons from the age of four and began writing her own songs at thirteen. She attended the Convent of the Sacred Heart from kindergarten through twelfth grade and was admitted to New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
