Audio cable can send all frequencies without delay?

Audio cables do not send all frequencies without delay. All cables introducing capacitance and inductance causing a varying time delay at different frequencies, introducing phase shift and hence distorting the signal. The delay is so minute that it is mostly inaudible to human ears.
