In iTunes, click on the "Music" tab in the top left corner of the window. Then, select the songs that you want to remove from your iPod by clicking on the checkboxes next to them.
Once you have selected the songs that you want to remove, click on the "Remove" button in the top right corner of the window. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to remove the selected songs from your iPod. Click on the "Remove" button again to confirm.
The selected songs will now be removed from your iPod.

* You can also remove music from your iPod by dragging and dropping the songs from your iTunes library onto the Trash can on your computer.
