How are you supposed to blow into a recorder?

* Use a gentle airflow. Don't blow too hard, or the recorder will sound squeaky. Instead, use a gentle airflow that is just enough to produce a clear tone.

* Aim the airflow into the mouthpiece. Make sure that the airflow is directed into the mouthpiece of the recorder, not over it or around it.

* Keep your lips relaxed. Don't press your lips too tightly together, or the recorder will sound muffled. Instead, keep your lips relaxed and slightly apart.

* Practice makes perfect! The best way to learn how to blow into a recorder is to practice. Experiment with different airflow strengths and directions until you find the technique that works best for you.
