How to Write With Safe Markers on a CD
CDs, or compact discs, are used primarily to store music, movies and work files. Many people permanently destroy valuable data by making mistakes when writing on CDs. Common mistakes include using ball-point or sharp tipped pens and writing on the wrong side of the CD. Markers like Sharpies and felt-tip pens are often used to write on CDs without damaging them. There is also a specific method for writing on a CD with safe markers that protects your data from damage.
