Decide what you are going to say in your letter. As with all inmates, it is important to say positive things. Not that you have to agree with the actions that led to incarceration but it is important that you say only 'good' things in order to keep them in moderate spirits.
Write or type your letter. Remember that mail is intercepted by guards so don't say anything in your letter or send anything to the inmate that may cause suspicions. Your letter may never make it to Wayne. Also, if you are hand writing be sure that is readable.
Place your letter into an envelope and attach the appropriate amount of postage (stamps).
