Who writes the band shihad songs?

Shihad songs are primarily written by the band's lead singer, Jon Toogood. He is credited as the songwriter or co-writer of the majority of the band's songs. However, the band's other members, Phil Knight (guitar), Karl Kippenberger (bass), and Tom Larkin (drums), also contribute to the songwriting process and are credited as co-writers on some songs.
