Here is the fingering for playing the "Jaws" theme on the recorder:

D: Cover the top hole with the left thumb, and the first and third holes with the left index and middle finger.

E: Cover the top and bottom holes with the left thumb and index finger, and the third hole with the left middle finger.

F: Cover the top and bottom holes with the left thumb and index finger, and the second hole with the left middle finger.

G: Cover the top, bottom, and second holes with the left thumb, index, and middle finger.

A: Cover the top, third, and bottom holes with the left thumb, middle, and index finger.

B Flat: Cover all holes with the left fingers, and uncover the third hole with the right thumb.
