What is tulali musical instrument?

The tula (also called a tulali) is a trumpet from Central Asia used by the Pashtun people of Afghanistan and Pakistan. It consists of a very long wooden cylinder, usually turned from mulberry or apricot wood, with a leather-covered horn resonator at the end. The tula has a double-reed mouthpiece, consisting of two tongues held together by thread.
