Can a music store repossess rented instruments?

In general, yes, a music store can repossess rented instruments if the renter fails to make payments or violates the terms of the rental agreement.

When you rent an instrument from a music store, you are entering into a legal contract. The rental agreement will specify the terms of the rental, including the rental period, the amount of rent, and the due dates for payments. If you fail to make payments as agreed, or if you violate any other terms of the rental agreement, the music store may have the right to repossess the instrument.
