How would a lower pitch effect how your ear drum moves?
When it receives different frequencies of sound, the eardrum vibrates in response. The eardrum will vibrate more slowly if a sound has a lower pitch because the sound waves are farther apart. Conversely, a sound with a higher pitch will cause the eardrum to vibrate more rapidly because the sound waves are closer together.
Therefore, a lower pitch would cause the eardrum to move slower.
