How is it possible for a big drum and small to produce the same pitch?

It is not possible for a big drum and a small drum to produce the same pitch if all other contributing factors like membrane tension and material, cavity shape, and size are the same. That said, two drums made of different sizes can be tuned to produce notes of the same pitch.
