Who pwd categories?

The pwd categories are pwd (person with disability), PwBD (person with benchmark disability) and PwC (person with cerebral palsy). The pwd category is defined as a person with a disability which is defined as a person with long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others. The PwBD category is defined as a person with benchmark disability which is defined as a condition where a person has a disability which is more than 80% of the normal level and is certified by a competent medical authority. The PwC category is defined as a person with cerebral palsy which is defined as a group of disorders that affect a person’s ability to move and maintain balance and posture. It is caused by damage to the brain that occurs before or during birth.
