Where is the Celebi event in soul silver?

Celebi isn't available in a traditional event in SoulSilver. It can only be obtained through trading from Pokemon Gold and Silver. This is because Celebi's event was exclusive to those games.

Here's how it works:

1. Obtain a Celebi in Pokemon Gold or Silver: You need to obtain a Celebi in either of these games, usually through an event that was held in the past.

2. Trade Celebi to SoulSilver: Once you have Celebi in Gold or Silver, you can trade it to your SoulSilver game through the Game Link Cable.

3. Enjoy your Celebi! Celebi will now be available in your SoulSilver game and can be used for battle or completing the Pokedex.

Important Notes:

* You cannot encounter Celebi in the wild in SoulSilver.

* The only way to obtain Celebi in SoulSilver is through trading from Gold or Silver.

* If you don't have access to a copy of Gold or Silver with Celebi, you cannot obtain it in SoulSilver.
