What do we celebrate on September 17?

September 17th is Constitution Day in the United States. It celebrates the signing of the United States Constitution on September 17, 1787.

It's also Citizenship Day, recognizing all U.S. citizens and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.

While not a federal holiday, some states and organizations may observe it with special events or activities.
