Collect all of the necessary information for your concert promo poster, including the artist(s) performing, date, time, location, price and whether or not it is an all-ages show or age specific. If the concert benefits a charity or has a theme, be sure to include that information as well.
Open a graphic design program like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.
Set the length and width of your poster. For example, a typical concert poster size is 11 by 14 inches.
Select a background color for your concert promo poster. Choose a color that complements the vibe of the artist(s), as well as the concert itself. For example, black is a typical background color for a heavy metal concert promo poster.
Paste the logo(s) of each artist performing at the concert. If you don't have an actual logo image for each artist, choose a simple font that fits the vibe of the artist and type the name out.
Arrange the essential information (date, time, location etc.) around the flyer in such a way that each element would be clear and large enough to a person passing by on the street.
Save the concert promo poster file on a CD or flash drive.
Bring the concert promo poster file to a printing center, upload your image and print as many copies as you need.
