What part of the brain controls listening to music?

The auditory cortex, which is located in the temporal lobes of the brain, is the primary area responsible for processing auditory information, including music. The auditory cortex works in conjunction with other areas of the brain to process complex auditory stimuli such as music, allowing us to perceive and appreciate different elements such as pitch, rhythm, and harmony.
