Will Ryan and Jon from Panic At the Disco still be going on summer tour with blink-182?

Ryan Ross and Jon Walker were former members of Panic! at the Disco. They left in 2009 and are not going on tour with blink-182. The current Panic! at the Disco's lineup is:

1. Brendon Urie - lead vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, synthesizer

2. Nicole Row - drums, percussion, backing vocals
