I have a M class with the Bose Navigation radio in it but CD now doesnt work says disc 63 play anymore is or just changer actually looks like sony?

There are a few possible reasons why the CD player in your Mercedes-Benz M-Class is not working:

- The CD changer may be faulty.

- The CD changer may be dirty or scratched.

- The CD you are trying to play may be damaged.

- The CD player may be experiencing a software glitch.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

- Try cleaning the CD changer:

1. Open the CD changer door.

2. Gently remove the CDs from the changer.

3. Wipe the inside of the changer with a soft, dry cloth.

4. Reinsert the CDs and close the door.

- Try a different CD:

1. If you are still unable to play a CD, try inserting a different CD into the changer.

2. If the other CD plays, then the problem may be with the original CD.

- Reset the CD player:

1. Turn off the ignition.

2. Press and hold the "Power" button on the CD player for 10 seconds.

3. Turn on the ignition.

- If none of these steps work, you may need to take your vehicle to a Mercedes-Benz dealer for service.

Additional notes:

- The Bose Navigation radio in the Mercedes-Benz M-Class is made by Harmon Kardon, not Sony.

- The CD changer in the Mercedes-Benz M-Class is located in the trunk of the vehicle.
