Afro Night Clubs in Toronto, Canada

Afro music broadly is defined as a genre that draws its rhythms, beats and inspirations from Africa. Afrobeat, for example, is a funk style, while African pop is a catchall term describing everything from 1950s jazz to modern hip-hop. Other Afro music subgenres draw inspiration both from Africa and from other countries or regions, such as Afro-Cuban, Afro-Caribbean or Afro-Peruvian music.
