Lay out the tabletop board on a flat surface. Place your equipment on top of it, in the shape you'd normally use for playing a set. Ensure all the gear fits on the tabletop and that there is no overhang at the edges. If there is excessive free space on the top, you may want to mark around the gear with a marker, and cut the tabletop down. As you will likely need to transport the stand from show to show, it should be as small as practically possible.
Measure 1 inch in from the edges of the tabletop in each corner and mark a point there. Drill a hole through the tabletop on each of these four points. Use the same drill bit to make a hole in the top of each table leg, approximately the same length as your bolts.
Use the router to create a cavity at the top of each leg, just large enough to accommodate the nut. Paste a small quantity of the epoxy resin into the cavity. Lay the nut down flat against the bottom. Allow the resin to dry, securing the nut tightly in place. The bolts can then be pushed through the tabletop and the legs screwed on from underneath. The whole table can then be set up and dismantled in seconds without the use of tools.
