How to Get the Simmons SD7K Sequencer to Play MIDI Files

Drumming is a notoriously loud activity. Fortunately, there are alternatives for musicians who live in apartments or share living quarters with others who prefer silence. The Simmons SD7K is an electronic drum kit with a full five pieces that includes a headphone jack. This compact, portable drum set comes with a built-in sequencer that plays 50 different MIDI file songs. Users can play along with the songs for practice.

Instructions

    • 2

Choose the specific song number for the MIDI file using the guide that came with the drum kit.
