Who writes panic at the discos songs?

The majority of Panic at the Disco's songs are written by Brendon Urie, the lead singer and multi-instrumentalist of the band. He has often collaborated with other members of the band, such as Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith, as well as outside songwriters and producers.
