Are all of the members gap band alive?

As of my last update on September 2022, some members of the Gap Band are still alive, while others have unfortunately passed away. Unfortunately, two members of the band have passed away.

Ronnie Wilson (keyboardist and vocalist) - Ronnie passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 73.

Robert Wilson (guitarist, percussionist, and backing vocalist) - Robert passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 58.

The remaining members of the Gap Band are:

Charlie Wilson (vocalist, songwriter)

Damon Wilson (drummer, percussionist)

Lonnie Simmons (bassist, vocalist, songwriter)

Billy Wilson (saxophonist, percussionist)
