What ever happened to the rock band KISS?

The rock band KISS is still active and performing today. They have been together since 1973 and have released 24 studio albums, 11 live albums, and 15 compilation albums. The band's current lineup consists of original members Paul Stanley (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Gene Simmons (bass guitar, vocals), as well as Tommy Thayer (lead guitar) and Eric Singer (drums).

KISS has sold over 100 million albums worldwide and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They are known for their elaborate stage shows, which include pyrotechnics, costume changes, and make-up. KISS has been influential in the development of heavy metal and hard rock music, and their songs have been covered by many other bands.

In recent years, KISS has continued to tour and perform, and they have also released new music. Their latest album, "Monster", was released in 2012. The band has also launched a number of other ventures, including a line of clothing, a comic book series, and a video game.
