Have any rock musicians ever been charged with inciting to Riot?

Yes. In 2012, Russian punk rock band Pussy Riot was charged with inciting to religious hatred after they performed a "punk prayer" in Moscow's Christ the Savior Cathedral. Three members of the band were sentenced to two years in prison, but were released on appeal in December 2013.

In 2015, American rock band Marilyn Manson was charged with inciting to violence after a fan at one of their concerts was injured in a mosh pit. The charges were later dropped.
