1. Power on the device you wish to program (ie: TV) and place the remote within arms reach.
2. Press and release the "TV" button on the remote.
3. Press and release the "Code Search" button on the remote.
4. Point the remote at the device you wish to program and press and hold the "Power" button until the device turns off (or until the LED light above the "Power" button blinks twice).
5. Release the "Power" button and press the "#" key.
6. Test the remote to ensure that it is working properly with your device by pressing the "Power" button, the "Volume" button, and the "Channel" buttons.
