What does all-star Weekend means when they say Dub?

"Dub" is a term often used during NBA All-Star Weekend events, such as the dunk contest or 3-point shootout, to signify a near-perfect score and the crowd goes wild when something spectacularly amazing is done such as an impressive highlight play.
