How to Watch the Teletubbies

With their high-pitched baby babble, the Teletubbies can drive any adult insane. But remember, they weren't created for adult entertainment. They were created for your kids, who love them. Teletubbyland is a place your child understands and feels comfortable in.

Instructions

    • 1

Find your local PBS channel, and find out when the Teletubbies air. The show tends to play early in the morning on most PBS channels.

    • 2

Learn their names. Tinky Winky is the purple one with a triangle on his head. He is the biggest, and often carries a red bag. Dipsy is the green one with a straight rod on the top of his head. He loves to dance. Laa-Laa is the yellow one and has a curly-q on top of her head. She loves her orange ball. Po is the red one and has a circle on top of her head. She is the smallest one.

    • 3

Watch the Teletubbies with your one-to-three year old child. Watching with your child will allow you the pleasure of seeing the wonder and discovery in their eyes. The Teletubbies program was created to be a conversation between the show and your child. If you watch without your child, you will only be getting half of the conversation.
