Go to the "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" website. Select an audition city and date.
Fill out the online audition request form If you choose to audition in New York City and hit "Submit." You will receive an email confirmation with a date, time and location for your audition. If neither of your two preferred dates is available, you will receive an alternate date.
Provide a photo ID, such as a driver's license, as proof of age and residency when you attend the audition.
If you choose to audition in one of the "road" cities, there is no sign-up form or assigned time. Check the times and dates posted on the website. Because time and space are limited, the show does not guarantee that everyone who attends will be auditioned.
Applicants should bring a completed audition application with them to the audition. Download the form from the game website.
