Go to the ABC Family Channel website (see Resources for link).
Click on the "Watch" link from the navigation menu on the home page of the website. After you have clicked on the "Watch" link, all current shows airing on the network will run down the left side of the page.
Choose the show you want to watch by clicking on the show's title.
After you have chosen the show you want to watch, a new page will load with information specific to that show. Among the options you might see are "Full Episodes," "Behind the Scenes," "Music Videos" and "Sneak Peeks." Click on "Full Episodes" to see a list of current full episodes available for your chosen show.
Decide which episode you want to watch and click the title of that episode to begin watching.
