Open Microsoft Excel on your computer.
Start a new document in Excel.
Make a chart for the listing. Type the name of each day of the week across the top of the document. The days should be displayed from left to right, with one day per column. Air times should appear down the chart's left side. List air times by 1/2 hour and hour.
List your favorite shows in the chart. Use a "TV Guide" or other television schedule to find the shows and their air times, and then place that information in the chart.
Extend each column so that every television show that is entered shows fully.
Save your custom-made TV listing. You can edit it later if necessary.
Print your TV listing.
