How to Pitch a Show to Oprah

You are an Oprah watcher who knows what Oprah and her viewers want and expect in an episode of the show, and you have a great idea for a show. But how do you get your idea into the hands of the queen of all media? It's an easier process than you may think.

  1. Pitching A Show To Oprah

      Log on to the Oprah show website contact page (see Resources).

      Locate the section titled "Do you have an idea for a show or a topic you'd like to see on The Oprah Show?" and click on "Send us your show suggestions." This will open up a form that will guide you through emailing the producers.

      Supply all of the requisite information and then submit your show pitch.
