Time Warner Cable remotes are designed to control cable boxes, not TVs.
Here's what you can do:
1. Use your Westinghouse TV remote: The most straightforward solution is to use the remote that came with your TV.
2. Use a universal remote: Purchase a universal remote, which can be programmed to control various devices, including your Westinghouse TV. Many universal remotes come with codes for Westinghouse TVs.
3. Use your TV's built-in controls: If you can't find a remote, you can use the buttons on your TV to change channels, adjust volume, etc.
Note: Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum) has transitioned to digital cable boxes, and many of these boxes have their own built-in remotes that control both the cable box and TV. Check if your box has this feature.
