What channel should the video cassette recorder be on to watch a tape without cable box?

Video cassette recorders (VCRs) and tapes are obsolete technology and have not been used in many years. To watch a VHS tape you would need to use a VCR that is connected to a TV with the appropriate input connections (usually composite video and audio). Typically, you would set your TV to the "video" or "aux" input to watch a VHS tape.
