Epitome Productions also have open-call auditions. Checking your local paper, the Degrassi website and the Epitome website for open calls for extras is a way of finding out about these auditions.

    • 5

Arrive at the audition one hour early. If it is an open audition, consider arriving two hours early, as lines can be long at open calls. Dress in form-fitting (but not too tight or revealing) clothing that is youthful yet polished. Have your hair professionally styled if possible and have a professional apply makeup. Looking the part is half the battle.
