      Log online. Visit the MSNBC website. Surf through various news pages using the top menu bar on the homepage. Scroll the cursor over any of the menu bar news links, including "US," "World," "Politics," "Business" or "Entertainment." Highlight the headline you wish to view and click on that headline. Scroll up to the URL browser and click the refresh button to update the MSNBC page and headlines.

      Pull the cursor at the bottom of the homepage. Click on the "MSNBC on Your Phone" or "Sign Up for Newsletters and Alerts" link to access MSNBC headlines through mobile devices. Follow the prompts -- click on links for selected mobile phone applications, etc. -- to receive updated news headlines on a regular basis.
