Consult the on-screen schedule. Most digital TV service providers offer an on-screen schedule that the viewer can access using the provided remote control. On the schedule, look for either the title of a specific infomercial or for the words "Paid Programming" to discover which time slots include that type of programming.
Look at a printed TV schedule, such as those published by newspapers. It may have "Paid Programming" listed on it.
Call the TV station. This may not always prove effective. But if you can find a telephone extension for the programming department, give it a try. Some TV stations have enough personnel to answer viewers' calls. Ask the programming department when the infomercial you want to see will be airing.
Visit the website of the company that makes the product advertised. Many of these companies will mention prominently on the site which network, independent or cable stations air their infomercial.
Call the company's marketing department. Again, it may take some detective work to find an employee who has time to speak with you. Try starting with the customer service department. If no one there knows to whom to route your call, ask to speak with the operator. Once you are in touch with the correct company representative, ask where you can view the infomercial.
Look for the infomercial on YouTube. Many companies put their infomercials on YouTube, and they may also indicate where the program is typically televised.
