- Write a conclusion that summarizes the main points of the essay and reinforces the thesis.
Step 4: Revise and edit
- Review your essay for grammar and punctuation errors.
- Reword any sentences or paragraphs that sound awkward.
- Consider the overall flow and structure of your essay. Make sure that the information is presented in a logical order and that there are clear transitions between paragraphs.
Step 5: Proofread and finalize
-Proofread your essay carefully to correct any remaining errors.
- Format your essay according to the required style (MLA, APA, etc.)
