How do you fix my action replay from freezing when i press start?

1. Power cycle the Action Replay. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can fix freezing issues. To do this, turn off the Action Replay and your game console, then unplug them from the power outlet. Wait for a few minutes, then plug them back in and turn them on.

2. Update the Action Replay firmware. If there is a firmware update available for your Action Replay, updating it may fix the freezing issue. To check for updates, connect the Action Replay to your computer and open the Action Replay Manager software. The software will automatically check for updates and prompt you to install them if any are available.

3. Try a different game. If the Action Replay is only freezing with one particular game, try playing a different game to see if the problem persists. If it does, the problem is likely with the Action Replay itself and not the game.

4. Clean the Action Replay contacts. The contacts on the Action Replay may be dirty or corroded, which can cause freezing issues. To clean the contacts, use a cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the contacts on the Action Replay and the game console. Let the contacts dry completely before reconnecting the Action Replay.

5. Use a different power source. If possible, try using a different power source for the Action Replay. Some power sources may not be able to provide enough power to the Action Replay, which can cause it to freeze.

6. Contact customer support. If you have tried all of the above steps and the Action Replay is still freezing, you may need to contact customer support for assistance.
