Will there be a Law and Order movie?

There have already been two Law & Order movies. Law & Order: Exiled was released in 1998, starring Chris Noth and Dennis Farina, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent: The Movie was released in 2001, starring Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe.

However, there have been rumors about a new Law & Order movie for several years. In 2015, it was announced that a new Law & Order movie was in development, but the project was eventually scrapped. In 2019, it was announced that a new Law & Order movie was in development, but again, the project was eventually scrapped.
