Go to AMC Theaters website: http://www.amctheatres.com/.
Click "Showtimes" and "Tickets" on the left side of the screen.
Search for your local AMC Theater using your zip code or by entering your city and state. When you see your theater listed, click "Showtimes."
Click "Buy Tickets" under the shows listed in blue -- these are the only shows for which online tickets are available.
Click on a blue showtime; then select your ticket types and quantities. The AMC Theater web site will now transfer you and the information you entered to movietickets.com. Follow the prompts you are given.
Sign in to movietickets.com if you are already registered, or begin the registration process. You must sign in or register to continue the transaction process, for which you'll need a credit card.
Print your confirmation page or ticket(s) when the transaction is complete. Some AMC Theaters require that you take your confirmation page to the theater at showtime to pick up your tickets. Others allow you to print your tickets on your personal printer.
See past ticket transactions by clicking on the "Order History" tab; you can reprint your confirmation page and your ticket this way.
