Where do you see an Alakazam on platinum?

You can't find an Alakazam in the wild in Pokémon Platinum. Alakazam is the evolved form of Abra, which can be found in the following locations:

* Route 209: Abra can be found in the grass, but it's very rare.

* Veilstone Department Store: There's an Abra in the back of the store, but it's only available after beating the Elite Four.

To get Alakazam, you need to catch an Abra and evolve it by leveling it up twice. Remember that Abra evolves into Kadabra at level 16 and Kadabra evolves into Alakazam at level 36.
