How to Create Pixelated Animation

Creating pixelated animation isn't a difficult task, but it takes a little bit of patience. Animation pixelation is a stop-motion technique that creates a live-action version of animation. Despite their advancement, common editing programs such as Avid and Final Cut Pro still aren't equipped to pixelate animated images. These programs are mainly used to add transitions and cut film. Years ago, Image Ready and Adobe Photoshop were the two programs that offered animation pixelation, but the two companies have merged. Crafting pixelated animated images requires a close attention to detail, but can enhance your work.
