Where was Apocalypse now filmed?

The majority of filming for Apocalypse Now took place in the Philippines but was filmed on location near Baler on the eastern coastline of Luzon, as well as parts of Manila. Additional scenes were filmed in San Francisco and Sausalito in California at Coppola's home.
